FAQ

Why do results differ from recipes?
Brands, packing, humidity and grind change density. Our values are typical kitchen references.
Which cup size?
We use the US legal cup (240 mL) for consistency. You can switch to mL for exact volumes.
Do I need ingredient for g ↔ mL?
Yes. Mass↔volume requires density (g/mL). Within mass or within volume it’s not needed.
